Savant Homes, Inc. is a full service builder that not only builds custom homes, but also is a premier remodeling contractor in the area. Remodeling, basement finishes, additions, and decks are a key aspect of the building we do in our area. We have completed jobs from a few hundred dollars to complete renovations of million dollar custom homes. We have built small additions on to the back of a home up to completely removing the roof and adding a second story to the home. Not only does our services include custom home building and remodeling, but we have an in-house interior decorator that works very closely with each client to assist in the design, colors, materials, and textures of their home. She is an integral part of the building working with the project manager and superintendent to assure all selections of material to the owners approval have been met.
