The Lofts at Magnolia project was one of a kind for Fort Collins with unique floor plans ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 square feet. The open atrium, exposed brick walls and beams, 12 foot ceilings, exposed ductwork, hardwood floors, custom cabinets, custom finishes, and a 5-stop elevator and rooftop patio were the main selling items in this historic looking building. This project is Fort Collins' finest custom loft plan and has been the most successful from the beginning selling out 90% prior to completion of the construction. The project consisted of 3 commercial units and 18 residential units, 100% sold-out within the 1st year!
