HIDDEN LAKE RESIDENCE
Hidden Lake Residence is a 2,400 SF 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath residence located on Franklin Lake in Severance, Colorado in 2022.
The concept of this project was to bring in a large open kitchen that flows seamlessly into the living room with views that embrace the lake to the east. In the early morning, the residence is flooded with a natural glow from the eastern sun rising over the plains.
The residence hosts 2,400 SF if finished living space with an unfinished 1,700 SF basement and a 3-car garage. The details of the kitchen and the custom fabricated railing are the focal points of the project when one enters the house.
