The vision behind this project was to repurpose the site of a former gas station, transforming it into a mixed-use development seamlessly woven into the fabric of the neighborhood. Crafted by VFLA Architects on behalf of Savant Development, this endeavor serves as a prime example of architectural prowess, blurring the lines between the historic Mountain Avenue and the adjacent Shields Street. The commercial space within this development has been artfully curated to house the exquisite restaurant, Little.
This development offers 1,800 to 2,000 square feet units across three floors, featuring rooftop patios that offer panoramic views of the lush surroundings. The interior layout of each unit comprises a main-floor gathering or parking area, two bedrooms on the second floor, and a third bedroom on the third floor, complete with a rooftop patio for al fresco enjoyment.
