MID CENTURY REMODEL
Mid Century Remodel is a Full-Service Design + Build Remodel done by Savant Homes in 2021. It is located in the heart of Fort Collins, Colorado.
The driving concept behind this project was a harmonious fusion of revitalization and a return to the mid-century aesthetic, but with a contemporary twist. The interior underwent a remarkable transformation, with interior walls removed to create open, interconnected spaces, providing a canvas for inspired interior design.
The kitchen, a focal point of the remodel, marries warm wood tones with cool, inviting blue cabinets, resulting in a space that exudes richness and sophistication. Exposed Structural Glulam Beams were strategically installed throughout the residence, not only enhancing the structural integrity but also facilitating seamless connections between the old and new portions of the house. This masterful renovation brings new life to a classic design era while embracing the comforts and aesthetics of modern living.
