Final development plan approval in late September 2016 finalized the 51 lot subdivision to be started and divided into 3 phases of construction. Phase 1 was 8 homes built by Savant Homes, Phase 2 was 25 homes and built out by another builder, and Phase 3 currently in progress is 18 homes built by Savant Homes ranging from 1,400 SF - 2,100 SF.
