Alan Strope

President

Alan has been in the construction business for over twenty years, starting in the clean-up crew and working the many different trades. During our college years Alan started a company called Strope Construction. Working on any type of small project that would come his way, from demolition of concrete to building small additions. At the time, that made ends meet for our family and inspired us to move onto the next stepping stone. When Alan graduated from CSU he went on to work ISEC, a specialties contractor in commercial construction. As “rookie of the year” for a Fortune 500 company he worked on many project such as a major remodels, additions, and new buildings of the three High Schools in Fort Collins as well as new buildings in Idaho and Utah. He eventually found his interests were in Residential construction and light commercial. After working several years for a residential contractor in Fort Collins, it was time to begin Savant Homes, Inc.

Kim Strope

VP/ Designer

Kim has always had a desire for Interior Design continually staying in touch with the newest trends of the market. She has furnished builders with her expertise of matching and putting things together that fit the environment. Kim began working interior design with her mother on model homes for a now retired builder in Northern Colorado. She used her talents working for an Interiors company assisting many clients and builders on decision making for all Interior and Exterior decorating covering the many different colors, styles, and selections. Selecting the material, ordering, and completing the installation process is a daily activity in her workload.
